Question for you sociologists

Q:  If blacks are leaving major metro areas due to a rising Hispanic population, do we call it "black flight"?

  3. Back when General Motors relocated from elsewhere in Detroit to the city center, a particularly racist non-white city council member complained about whites coming into the city. She didn't want them.

    I believe it was the same person who entered into official city meeting records that one of the city's mayors looked like Shrek.
